The Keep ME Warm Fund is a statewide partnership of the ten United Ways and ten Community Action Agencies with the goal of helping Maine people stay safe, warm and secure through public and private contributions, volunteerism and advocacy. It is the only statewide program that provides emergency heating assistance and support to low-income households.
The annual statewide NEWS CENTER WCSH6 Project Heat telethon will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 5:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Dead River Company is the sponsor and once again proceeds will be used to help those in need.
